Refunds

A 14-day refund, no questions asked.

If the unlock isn't for you, email hello@wildcardsdeck.com within 14 days of buying, from the email you used at checkout, or reply to your unlock email. You don't need to give a reason.

We refund the full amount to the card you paid with. Stripe, our merchant of record, processes it; it usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. Once refunded, the unlock is removed from your devices.

After 14 days, write to us anyway if something went wrong, and we will do our best to put it right.
