The message
Elephant families follow an experienced older female, whose knowledge guides them to food and water. You have lived through hard times before, and you learned from them. Trust that experience; it is your map.
Ask yourself
What hard thing have I survived before, and what did it teach me?
The animal
Asian elephants live in family herds led by an experienced female, the matriarch.
