The message
The American Flamingo is not born pink. It turns pink from the pigments in what it eats. You take on the colour of what you feed yourself too: food, news, words and company. Choose today's inputs on purpose.
Ask yourself
What have I been feeding my mind, and what colour is it turning me?
The animal
Flamingo chicks hatch grey; their pink comes from pigments in the algae and tiny shrimp they eat.
